Terms & Conditions

Bookings are essential for all appointments. Please note we require a 48-hour notice to change, cancel, or reschedule all appointments. We understand that you may need to change your appointment sometimes. Therefore, we offer one compassionate warning.

NO SHOWS will have the deposit deducted immediately. After the first warning, you will be subject to paying a $50 redeemable fee to schedule in any future appointment. We have compassion and do understand that life happens. However, we are a small business and last minute cancellations and no shows affect us greatly. 

The $50 redeemable fee can be used on the day of treatment unless the client again is a no show or cancels within the 48-hour period. If this happens more than once, we otherwise regret to inform that we will deduct a treatment from the clients file.
Refund Policy

While we are happy to provide Gift Certificates or Trade Services, unfortunately we do not refund due to a change of mind.

It is beyond frustrating to have to constantly have this battle.

The policy is the same for multiple booking movements.

If you continue to reschedule your appointment it will incur a fee. 

All we ask is for a simple Yes or No, one the email and further text has been sent. We are not mind readers. Simply Reply! 

If you get a THIRD confirmation text this is within the 48 hour notice period. 

We don’t have to send out a third message, it is precious admin time.
